We offer x-ray, laboratory, vaccination and procedure services on-site. Our providers are also specialized in DOT certification and contraception management, including Nexplanon and IUD placement.

Dr. Ted J. Nifong, MD

Primary Care Physician

Dr. Ted Nifong has been practicing medicine since graduating from Bowman Gray School of Medicine in 1987. He has worked in many different settings including outpatient primary care and emergency medicine. He provides comprehensive primary care for prevention and management of chronic disease, acute illness, and in-office procedural medicine. He is passionate about driving tractors, fixing the tractors he breaks, music trivia, and all things baseball. He is also the practice maintenance man.

Dr. Nancy "Lexi" Nifong, MD

& Facial Rejuvenation

Dr. Lexi Nifong graduated from Wake Forest Bowman Gray School of Medicine in 2012. She is skilled in delivering comprehensive care with a focus on preventive medicine and patient education, but also enjoys acute medicine and in-office procedures. She offers facial rejuvenation services such as skin care evaluation for acne, wrinkles, and skin discoloration. She is a physician injector for Botox and dermal fillers to help you look and feel your best. Special interests include women's care: contraception, Nexplanon and IUD placement, addiction medicine, and weight management.
